Saint James clams (scallops) wrapped in creamy leek served on Parmesan flakes accompanied by saffron risotto sprinkled with puffed pea powder

Main Course:
Langoustines on Asparagus

Grilled langoustines with herb butter served on blanched asparagus with coconut-lime foam accompanied by spicy potato chips
