Tkalnia Smaku is a meeting place, where time passes slowly and in an excellent intimate atmosphere. Here you will taste not only the best Polish cuisine dishes in a modern version, but also local specialties from a short, seasonal menu. The restaurant is located on the lowest level of the hotel: intimate and quiet. We invite you to our restaurant not only for breakfasts, but also lunches, dinners and meetings over coffee or tea accompanied by our delicious desserts. After a hearty and tasty meal, we encourage you to relax in the beautiful lobby or garden.
The restaurant is adapted for disabled people, the hotel entrance has no architectural barriers, and there is a ramp leading to the restaurant interior.
We invite you daily from 14:00 to 22:00
In summer, you can sit at tables outside in the garden
Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00, on Saturdays and Sundays: 08:00 to 11:00

Vegetarians, Vegans come visit us!
We understand how challenging it can be to find meat-free, vegan, or gluten-free dishes in a restaurant. Vegans and vegetarians are our important Guests – both among individual and group Guests. With them in mind, we have introduced dedicated dishes. A group of 100 people with 1 vegetarian, 17 vegans? That's not a problem for us!
Best of all, the vegan options change monthly, so it's worth following our Social Media to not miss seasonal gems perfectly suited to the time of year. Our Head Chef ensures they are beautifully presented, full of diverse flavors, surprising textures, and combinations. Crazy? Maybe, but among us, there are also VEGAN ENTHUSIASTS!
THE BEST ZALEWAJKA IN THE ŁÓDŹ STYLE THAT I’VE EVER HAD
A very nice hotel. Clean rooms and top-level service. The restaurant has an exceptional menu and the best Zalewajka (traditional Polish soup) from Łódź I've ever tasted. A nice touch during check-in, we receive a voucher for a free beer or another drink. Highly recommended!!!
CULINARILY 10 OUT OF 10
The food is delicious!! Ribs (I've never had better in my life!!!!) and beef tenderloin (also great and at an excellent price!). The service is very friendly and high quality. We didn't use the hotel itself, so we can't comment on that ;) but culinary-wise you get a 10 out of 10 from us :)

TASTY DISHES IN THE RESTAURANT, A DIFFERENT MENU EACH TIME
I love this place. The room is spotless and beautifully prepared as always, fully equipped. The receptionist is very nice, always helpful and professional. And the tasty dishes in the restaurant, a different menu every time. I definitely recommend it.
